Multifamily Marketing & Digital Coordinator

Full-Time | $55,000–$65,000 per year
MountainCreek Properties Management is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Multifamily Marketing & Digital Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of apartment communities.
This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital marketing information, monitoring lead and advertising performance, supporting property teams, coordinating marketing initiatives, and helping ensure that our marketing efforts translate into qualified leads, tours, applications, and leases. The ideal candidate will combine marketing creativity, strong attention to detail, technology skills, data analysis and be an early adopter of AI in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing, Listings and AI Management
- Manage/audit the quality and accuracy of property information on Apartments.com, Zillow, property websites, Google Business Profiles, and other advertising platforms.
- Ensure pricing, availability, specials, photos, floor plans, descriptions, amenities, and contact information are accurate.
- Troubleshoot website leads, contact forms, AppFolio guest cards, email routing, and other lead-delivery issues.
- Maintain current specials and concessions across all advertising platforms.
- Coordinate staged photography for apartment unit types and community amenities.
Lead & Marketing Channels Performance
- Use our property management software to Monitor CRM activity, leads, tours, applications, leases, response times, and follow-up performance.
- Identify missed leads and marketing opportunities and work with Property Managers to improve performance and engage them in developing innovative and creative marketing plans.
- Track marketing spend, cost per lead (by property) and manage the budget for marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a Weekly Marketing Scorecard showing key metrics such as occupancy, vacancies, notices, leads, tours, applications, leases, conversion rates, response times, Google ratings, current specials, and marketing concerns.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports identifying (i) what is working and current trends, (ii) where marketing dollars are being spent, (iii) ILS traffic and effectiveness and (iv) recommended changes for underperforming properties.
Social Media & Reputation Management
- Manage and monitor SOCi activity, campaigns, content, and property participation.
- Coordinate social media content to promote community highlights and events.
- Monitor Google and online reviews and assist with timely responses.
- Track property ratings and review trends.
- Develop initiatives with Property Managers to generate additional positive resident reviews and feedback.
Property Marketing Support
- Create and/or coordinate community flyers, brochures, signage, floor plans, site maps, digital materials, and resident gifts (doggie bags, hats, key chains, mugs, pens, cozies, etc).
- Maintain a portfolio-wide marketing calendar.
- Assist Property Managers with community events and include social media content.
- Conduct periodic property marketing and curb-appeal audits from a prospective resident's perspective.
- Coordinate professional photography, drone/flyover videos, 3D tours, and updated floor plans when needed.
- Conduct market surveys comparing competitors' rents, specials, amenities, availability, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct leasing/property shops when requested to evaluate the prospect experience.
New Property Acquisitions
Play an active role in marketing setup and transition for newly acquired properties, including:
- Property branding and logos
- New property websites and website transfers
- Google Business Profile transfers
- Facebook and Instagram start up
- SOCi setup
- Zillow and Apartments.com
- AppFolio marketing information
- Property and unit-type descriptions
- Photography and staged unit photos
- Flyers, maps, floor plans, and brochures
- Property and amenity signage
- 3D floor plans, tours, and property maps
- Maintaining a formal 30/60/90-Day Marketing Takeover Checklist for each acquisition
Qualifications
- Experience in multifamily property management, marketing, leasing, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies before they impact leads or leasing.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage marketing needs for multiple properties simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable analyzing marketing data and identifying trends.
- Experience with AppFolio, SOCi, Apartments.com, Zillow, Google Business, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft 365 is highly preferred.
- Photography, social media, graphic design, or digital advertising experience is a plus.
- Familiar with programs and initiatives for SEO.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with corporate leadership, Property Managers, leasing teams, and outside marketing vendors.

Success in this position means our property information is accurate, leads are reaching our teams, marketing dollars are being spent effectively, online reputation is actively managed, and management has clear reporting showing which marketing efforts are generating results.
This individual should be proactive rather than reactive—identifying marketing issues, missed opportunities, and underperforming properties and recommending solutions before problems negatively impact occupancy. The use of AI should be an important tool in helping this person manage their daily tasks.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
